Scott has enjoyed a successful 30-year career as a sales and marketing executive in media, software, and real estate.

For five years, he was a Sales Manager for Paramount Pictures in Los Angeles, Chicago, and New York selling and marketing Paramount’s syndicated library of television shows to local affiliates. Scott was on a team that marketed the largest library of television programs in the U.S. in key regions. This included first-run produced shows like Entertainment Tonight, Judge Judy, and The Montel Williams Show. Off network television shows including Frasier, Cheers, Happy Days, Taxi, and the entire Star Trek franchise. He also represented Paramount’s vast library of motion pictures.

After Paramount, he joined the NBC Television Network in New York as one of the first sales executives in their newly formed “Interactive” group, helping to monetize NBC’s Internet properties. He created and sold some of the first national cross-platform advertising campaigns to companies like Sears, Eddie Bauer, and Intel. Working with show producers, he helped develop some of the first Internet product placements in online entertainment content across the NBC platform.

As technology and the Internet were rapidly entering the world’s economy, he was recruited to develop sales and marketing strategies for Silicon Valley and New York-based software start-ups. Creating go-to-market strategies and high-performing sales teams, Scott drove revenue for emerging companies in social media, online video, and digital marketing helping to contribute to three $100M+ acquisitions.

Deciding to leverage his sales and marketing experience on a more local level, Scott entered the world of real estate. Bringing his branding, marketing, and sales strategy experience to an established but now digitally-driven industry, he started Brick & Barn Real Estate Group in 2017.   Scott quickly grew the brand, added over 30 brokers and agents, and expanded across northern New England.  The company now serves buyers and sellers of residential and commercial real estate in New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, and Vermont.  Scott is also featured in the Top 100 Magazine for Real Estate professionals.  Top 100 Magazine.

Scott is the proud father of two daughters and when not working, can be found skiing in the winters and road biking on the NH seacoast in the summers.
